Hot Yoga
Traditional Hot Yoga uses a sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises in a heated room up to 40°C to improve flexibility, balance, strength, and overall wellbeing. Classes can support stress relief, recovery, mobility, and body toning.
Available in 90-minute, 60-minute, and 45-minute class variations.
Hot HIIT Pilates
Hot HIIT Pilates is a low-impact, high-intensity full body workout inspired by Pilates principles, performed in a heated room of approximately 35°C. Designed for all fitness levels, it helps build strength, tone muscle, and burn fat without the stress of high-impact training.
Available in 60-minute and 45-minute class variations.
Yin Yoga
Relax and recharge in our Yin Yoga classes, where slow, deep stretches help release tension, improve flexibility, and promote deep relaxation. This calming practice encourages mindfulness and leaves you feeling centered and restored. Perfect for all levels, with selected classes also featuring soothing sound bowls for an even deeper experience.
Vinyasa Flow
Practiced in a gently heated room, Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic yoga practice where breath meets movement. Flow through energising sequences designed to build strength, flexibility, and stamina, with every class offering something different. Perfect for those who enjoy variety, music, and a modern, fitness-focused yoga experience.
All Classes are beginner friendly. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before class begins to ensure you have the best class experience. For everyone’s safety and to maintain a calm class environment, doors will be locked at the start of class.
Here’s what you need to know before your first class:
Arrive 20 minutes before your first class to get signed in as a new student.
Hydrate before practicing, we like to put some salt and lemon in our water for electrolytes.
Allow digestion time between eating and exercising.
Expect to sweat a lot! Wear whatever you are most comfortable in.
Changing rooms with showers and cubbies are available.
We recommend practising 3 times per week to receive the most benefits.
Try classes with different teachers.
What to bring:
Bring a yoga mat, water bottle and two towels: one for sweat and one for showering.
Mats and towels are available to rent for $4 each.

We are located at Level 1, 199 Lincoln Road, Henderson.
Free Parking. We have 240 shared car parks with the neighboring businesses.
To find the studio we are directly above the Genghis Khan, and in the same complex as La Porchetta, Pins Bowling and Geoff’s Emporium.
